  • 70 g protein powder
  • 100 g ground nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts)
  • 50 ml water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Procedure

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
    • Add the protein powder, ground nuts, cinnamon, and baking powder and mix well.
